Jean from Fareham has written to HomeSun to let us know about her wonderful experience! Jean’s solar panel installation was completed yesterday and despite a false start with an unsuitable survey giving a delay of 6 weeks, following a further survey she says ‘everything has worked like clockwork including needing to register the property with Land Registry that was completed within two weeks from start to finish.’
"Every phone call I have received from yourselves from people in all departments have been friendly, courteous, professional, informative and caring and every call has ended with me being asked whether there were any questions I would like to ask. I have felt looked after all of the way through. Everything that you state you do has been fulfilled.
The scaffolders arrived on their appointed day at 8.05 a.m. and were finished before 10.00 a.m. I had made them cups of tea but because they were so busy they didn't have time to drink them but made a professional, safe job of the erecting of the scaffold. The following day the Installers arrived at 8.15 a.m. - I had been told they would be with me between 8.00 and 10.00 - and they were complete and well away before 2.00 p.m. having left everything cleared up.
The Installers clearly followed a high level of Health and Safety putting out cones and notices and wearing appropriate safety gear. There was excellent team work on both days, working quietly and professionally and very focussed.
These observations were even more noticeable as my neighbour had had an installation two days before through another firm and the difference in the level of work and professionalism was clearly poles apart, resulting in her making this observation herself.
Please pass this accolade on to all concerned as I realise it is a team effort and if there were to be a weak link it could change all of this but you have a strong team obviously all working to the same standard of customer care."
