Our CEO, Daniel Green, has a long pedigree of building successful companies – from clothing through to digital retail. And he’s done that by putting the customer first and thinking outside of the box. It sounds clichéd, yes. But it was Daniel who quickly saw how a sustainable business could work with government legislation – the Feed-in Tariffs – to revolutionise solar in the UK.

Sue Welland, our Marketing Director, was one of the people behind The CarbonNeutral Company. This was one of the world’s first climate change and carbon offsetting businesses which Sue founded in the mid 1990s and built into an internationally respected organisation known for its pioneering and popularisation of carbon reduction.

It was at The CarbonNeutral Company that Sue met Bill Sneyd, another founding partner of HomeSun and our COO. Bill is an Insead graduate and an engineer by training, having worked ‘in-house’ for Shell and as a consultant to global firms on both strategy and operational improvement projects.

Amanda Fudge, National Sales Manager, has spent much of her career in senior customer-focussed sales management roles at both BSkyB and NPower. She leads our extensive UK network of HomeSun Solar Specialists (probably, your first point of call) and expert installers from Eaga plc. Eaga is an investor in HomeSun and has over a decade in ‘green’ technologies, running for example, central government’s £multi-million Warm Front programme which has installed energy efficiency improvements in over 2 million homes.
