These values are right at the heart of the way we run our business – from the type of people we recruit, to the way we develop our products, and to how we like to look after our customers.   

That’s not to say we have all the answers.  We’ve been round the block enough times to know it’s customers that help you define and refine your service, and that the adage about '1% inspiration, 99% perspiration' is challenging but true.

We were the first company to work with the government-backed Feed-in Tariffs, and to announce Free Solar and SolarShare.  Both ideas started from the homeowners’ perspective.  How could we make solar more accessible and build a sustainable business to lead the new residential renewable energy services sector at the same time?   As we’ve developed our service and offer, we’ve determinedly avoided compromises and set the bar high.

Over 300,000 people across the country have applied to us and, with our carefully selected group of MCS accredited surveyors and installers including a national partnership with Carillion Energy Services, we’re assessing roofs and installing more and more solar systems every week.  As that happens, each HomeSun customer is making home solar more commonplace and helping to build clean, free energy as a mass market choice.
