HomeSun is a member of the leading renewable energy trade bodies, and all installations are undertaken by MCS accredited teams. We take quality seriously, and listen carefully to customer feedback as part of our continuous improvement programme.
Our entire operation has been developed by a team who are committed to customer service and ‘low carbon’ living. Part of that commitment is a partnership with Carillion Energy Services, an investor in our business. Carillion has over 20 years' experience in 'green services' working in homes and on high profile government contracts. Fully MCS accredited, they are HomeSun's primary surveyor and installation partner.
In terms of our marketing, we try to keep print to a minimum and direct homeowners to our website for more detailed information. As and when we do use need larger scale print materials we use Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper.
As an active member of the Renewable Energy Association and Micropower Council, we frequently provide input on policy development and regularly attend sector meetings as a key voice of the Free Solar industry.
